    Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number with specific transit time. Most orders take 7-10 days to ship.

    The customer is responsible for all customs fees.

  • Do you offer express and/or overnight shipping?

    We don't offer express or overnight shipping at this time.

  • How much does shipping and handling cost?

    We offer $10 Flat Rate Shipping for all orders.

    You should receive an email with your tracking information after your order ships. However, there can be a 24-hour delay for the tracking to start working. If it has been over 24 hours, you can contact customer service at hello@loradicarlo.com.

    You will be sent an email with the tracking information for your order once it has shipped. It may take 24 hours for tracking to start working.

  • How do I track my order?

    You will get your tracking number for your order once the order has been shipped by our fulfillment partner. You will be sent an email with the tracking information once your package is on the way. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to start working.

  • Will my order be shipped discreetly?

    Yes! Osé will be shipped in a discreet, plain cardboard box.

    Note: For international shipments, a customs declaration may need to be included.

  • Where do you ship?

    At this time, we ship to the United States (US) and Canada (CA). We are currently sold out in the United Kingdom (UK) and the European Union (EU) and will open sales back up as soon as possible. We plan to expand international distribution soon, so stay tuned!

  • Can I ship a gift to someone?

    Yes! You may enter separate billing and shipping addresses at checkout.
